I just picked up a 3DS (on sale, huzzah for Amazon), but I'm having problems upgrading my software to access the eStore. I have two viable wireless connection points, and the connection tests have been successful, but after the machine connects to the internet it doesn't even start downloading anything before it says the upgrade failed.
I'm a little bit annoyed by this, since the Ambassador program was my prime reason for buying the system now. Has anyone else experienced this? --- Pokemon Platinum FC: 4640 5284 7227

No defect this is probably due to a firewall issue the same thing happened with me i called Nintendo and was helped by a Nintendo employee just call them and they should be able to help you.
