Is the loophole a Sin??

Hey guys I have a question that has really been weighing down on me as of late.

I'm tempted to go to Best Buy and take advantage of the loophole. The problem is, I don't know if that would technically be considered stealing. I mean, I know it's legal, but isn't it "stealing" in the sense that I'd be taking something that I'm not really supposed to have?

Please help me. I want a 3DS real bad but I don't want to risk going to hell just for some free games.

It's not stealing. The price was officially dropped by Nintendo.

Yeah, you go to hell if you get the price match and the 20 games.

But God loves you!! :D

It is a sin and you will suffer eternal damnation if you even consider doing it.
So it's probably too late and you should do it anyway.

The serious answer would be no. It's not stealing. Not even close. It's combining a store policy with a free promotion. If you've ever used a coupon when buying an item on sale, it would be akin to that.

Yes, it would be stealing from the store.

I just tried it they said they specifically wont price match 3ds's because of the loophole so at least with Colorado best buys you're out of luck

Ask yourself this: would you have considered buying the 3DS when it was $250? If no, then Nintendo's making money they wouldn't have made otherwise.
