Nintendo is brilliant

They saw that the 3DS wasn't selling well. What do they do? They lower the price to $169.99. The same price as one of the redesigns of their seventh generation handheld.

They then do the "Ambassador Program". 20 free games. And really, these games can be accessed for free anyway, and I'm sure it's not really costing Nintendo anything at all to provide these 20 free games. They promise these games will only be available to those that paid full price...

but then Wal-Mart and other major retailers lower the price early. People rush out to get a 3DS to capitalize on the "loophole". Seriously, my Wal-Mart was sold out of the things.

Nintendo did this on purpose.
This is a test

They're goal was more sales.
This accomplishes that goal.

Although I'm sure wal-mart's early price drop was a separate issue.
The following statement is false.
The previous statement is true.

Yeah the walmart I was at the other day had the price drop in effect, and were completely sold out.
