hey all! I setup a new router and can't get my 3ds to connect. I have 2 ssid's on my router (one being broadcast, the other not) and my 3ds will connect to the broadcasting ssid just fine.

When I setup the connection for the non-broadcasted ssid, I put in the ssid, encryption and password but it won't connect to the access point during the connection test. My other devices connect to this ssid fine.

Has anyone had any issues similar or is this a known issue that it can't connect to a ssid that isn't being broadcast? Thanks!

My SSID is like yours, not broadcasted and I connect with my 3DS just fine. Are you absolutely sure you're using the correct casing (lower case, upper case). That's the only thing I can really think of.

Yes I'm 100% sure the case is correct. It's just so weird.

Apparently, this is an issue with the 3ds and how it handles connecting to an AP. I switched which ssid was broadcast and which wasn't and my 3ds wouldn't connect to the one that was setup and working, but it connected to the one I couldn't get it connected to.
