Sent my 3DS for a repair on the 10th

it's the 15th now and I don't expect to get my 3DS back until at least the 20th, obviously I was eligible for the ambassador program before I sent it, and from my previous experience, Nintendo is too lazy to do an actual repair, so they'll just send me a refurbished unit with my eShop stuff transferred over. With that said, in theory, I should still be able to download the games come September 1st but let's just see what happens.

15th time? Details, unless you are full of it
Sorry, misread.

*SIGH* I have contacted Nintendo and they transfer all your data. You will remain an ambassador.

BTW, what did you send yours in for? I'm sending mine in for a screen repair soon (it scratched.).

The problem with my 3DS was that it had a bad hinge, not the wobble kind, I mean, it made the top screen move left and right, leaving a gap, pic:

I also hear that if you send it for a repair, they'll extend the bumper things making the screen marks not happen, which was also a problem, no scratches though.
