The launch date of the Ambassador site?

Does anyone know the exact launch date of the 3DS ambassador check/registry website? I read that Nintendo was supposed to launch something about this during the week of August 15. It's already Friday, and the eShop's been updated this week. So what's left for them to do? Launch the site. Yet, I still haven't seen any info about this site.

I wish I knew where to look for this kind of thing so I don't miss out. Maybe Nintendo will email owners of 3DS who bought it before August 11? Assuming they registered at Club Nintendo, provided they have email supplied. Who knows. I'm just wondering.

All they said was "the week of the 15th".

So we still have tomorrow and Sunday left.

So, you mean 12:00:39 Monday morning? (1 minute is 60 seconds, not 100 seconds).

Yeah that was purposeful. The big eShop update leaked into the day after the day it was promised. I was making a joke out of that.

Wait... is this the site that's already up that people were complaining about some serial number thing where the last digit was not meant to be entered?

Nintendo hasn't officially announced the opening of the site. What everyone was arguing about was the a section on Nintendo's site where they gave the whole FAQ on the program. It had some mistakes on it.

And I see people are still arguing that a Week is Monday through Sunday. It's Sunday through Monday people. Look at any calendar, paystub or weekly sale at Target or Wal-Mart.
