Regarding not entering in the last digit on the Ambassador site, please read

Yeah, don't enter in the last digit in the box. This should be the correct way because if you check when you linked your console to the Eshop in your club membership where it shows the earned coins, you will see that your serial code on their side doesn't include the last number in the box. Must be a typo on their site. As they seem to not record that last number through the site.

So they made two mistakes, the part where it says to include all 9 digits, and the part in parenthesis that emphasises on including the 9th number in the box.

This should be stickied for a while. I almost thought I lost out on the Ambassador program, then followed your advice.

I think this should be stickied (at least until the first batch of Ambassador games is released) considering how common this problem seems to be.

Thanks for the info! I was starting to get really worried. Hope Nintendo fixes that typo soon.

Well, it may not be necessarily a typo per say. As I can see where you're coming from, but when you check your serial code that you registered when you connected to the Eshop, it leaves off that last digit, so when you enter in your serial code it may be matching it up with the entry listed in your club membership leaving off that last digit.

People are so dumb. If entering all 9 didn't work, then the boxed one must have to be excluded. That was my exact logic and I got a confirmation on my second try...

Or maybe people made the mistake because Nintendo told them specifically to enter the ninth digit?
