Whenever I try to use Netflix it freezes my 3DS

Just got the system earlier in the week. Whenever I go to open Netflix, it opens and only the first few rows of pictures actually have the images. If I try to select any movie or show a loading screen opens and it just stays there for minutes. I can't back out of the selection, the home button does nothing, and I can't even put it into sleep mode. I've had to hold down the power button to shut the system off and then reboot it.

And while this is happening I have all bars of the internet connection showing and have no trouble streaming via my actual computer or my PS3. Is this a problem with Nintendo's service or could it be my 3DS somehow? thanks

Try it tomorrow, or if you only tried it once, try again.

i actually had this issue when first downloading Netflix, but after restarting the 3DS it works fine now...

Edit: and it takes a WHILE, just be patient.

It's frozen mine a few times, but most times the application just crashes.

Everything you said happened to me last night. Sometimes Netflix works, and most of the time it freezes on me. I'm glad to see that I wasn't the only one experiencing it.
