Just a little worried that at some point in the future my 3ds will break and I'll lose all my ambassador games with it. Is there anyway I can get my games on a new 3ds if I break mine?

Just like it already is from DSi to 3DS.
Beware the moors.
And stay on the road.

That transfer will keep your data as well, correct?

Hopefully, but I'm not getting my hopes up. A full NAND transfer would be so much better than the existing transfer-only-the-licenses-and-then-delete method used for DSiWare.
