No Drill Dozer or Advance Wars for Ambassadors

I remember reading in a post that only games released in all three countries could be ambassador games.

took the time to look up all the gba games and Drill Dozer was cancelled for Europe and Advance Wars has never been to japan (at least the gba ones) which is really sad seeing as these 2 were among my 3 most wanted gba games.

Good news is they're the only 2 not released everywhere :).

Here's hoping for Fire emblem at least.

Strictly speaking, we don't KNOW that - but it fits the pattern and makes a lot of sense.

So then Mother 1,2, and 3 isssssss... impossible instead of just not going to happen?

Not impossible, per se, just even less likely than they would be otherwise.

The two GBA Advance Wars games were released in Japan as a compilation.

I have no idea how that fits into the assumed (and likely true) rule that the games have to have been released in all regions originally, but there is definitely a Japanese version of Advance Wars that Nintendo could put onto the list if they wanted to. They probably won't want to go to the effort of extracting the game from the compilation though.

I never really played Drill Dozer, and i would like too. Advance Wars has 3 games, IIRC, none of them I really cared for.
