How do I get the Ambassador Certificate? Do I need to go to Nintendo E-shop or something because Nintendo Video doesn't work on my country.

I don't even think the certificates are coming out until after Sept. 1st.

The Ambassador Certificate is a downloadable video available to Ambassadors. It's bundled with the amby games we get to download.
