It was the systems fault,but they don't know that! I say that my 3DS screen is scratched,they say it is not a defect and my warranty doesn't cover it.

Top screen,vertical,about 3-4 inches apart,two of them. I think they're caused by the lower half of the 3DS.

Those scratches are characteristic of the defect. That's how they'll know it was caused by the system. Of course you'll give them a call and make sure they know the details.
