I get dizzy and my eyes get some discomfort the first few minutes I use my 3DS but then it subsides. Obviously it's not good for your eyes, but I also play in the dark and a lit screen in the dark is even worse.

I sort've see Zelda II in 3D sometimes. Link kinda pops out on a dark background. It's kinda cool sometimes.

That happens to me too, im pretty sure its normal, it happens in my arm when I listen to awesome Music, and in my feet when im near the edge of a high place
