You can view those websites, but not the videos on them.

can't watch videos as flash is currently not supported. facebook yes. of course you need a router or you could go somewhere with free wifi.

Routers don't need install CDs. You can log into the router settings by typing 192.168.1.1 into your browser's address bar (it'll ask for a password; odds are it's "admin") and set it up there.
