lets say I ran out of blocks can I transfer the games to another SD card?

That is such b/s... what if the 3DS goes bad or something? I'd have to rebuy the damn games?

Yes you can re-download and if your 3DS goes bad, send it into Nintendo and have them replace it for you and they can transfer your purchase. Not sure how it'll work after your warranty expires. I remember them being able to transfer my Wii purchases into my new system by having my read them the serial number so maybe it'll be something similar.

Mmm, and here I thought it would be easy to transfer my Wii VC titles to a black Wii.

I guess there is no point in getting another Wii then.
