Could you send a 3DS to Nintendo for those lines?

They are seriously annoying me. By lines I mean the lines you get on the top screen when closing the 3DS

You're just gonna get another one to replace it that still gets those lines.

Sure, they'll just take a damp rag and wipe them off though.

Nope. The newer models do not have the problem. I quite enjoy not having to worry about my 3DS getting lines or scratching. ^_^

Oh and TC, unless it's actual scratches, and not just the smudges, I don't believe they'll give you a new or or fix the issue. Sorry. ;_;

A lot of the older ones don't have the problem either. Mine never had the problem ever and neither does my friend.

I get the lines, but they just wipe off.

Maybe if you don't bother wiping them, it'll build up bad enough that it starts to scratch?

Huh....really?

Anyway, screen protectors do the trick, although they don't prevent the circle-line from the analog.

the analog leaves circular smudge on top screen when closed, esp if you push down where the analog was lightly when closed. i know it's common, but is it ALL 3DS and did they fix it in newer models? just wondering.

If we do have scratches, will Nintendo fix the 3DS for free?
