There's no such thing as Persona 3DS at this point (at least not announced). Much like the SMT working title game it's mostly just Atlus expressing that they are going to make or considering making a Persona for 3DS

Atlus said they started working on the next main Persona game. It's definitely coming out for the PS3 (not sure about other systems) so that board you linked us to will probably be named Persona 5 before long. As for Persona 3DS....nothing was officially announced.

Aww, it's suck!
Vita has P4 Portable (The Golden) and definitively P5 Portable since it's developed for PS3.
Devil Survivor and Etrian Odyssey aren't enough to compete with Persona

I see Persona games being on the 3DS as a possibility. Atlus needs monies.

I hope that they are ports of the Personas 1-3 from the PSP.
