I transfered an older 3DS to my new one and none of my NES games or Ambassador Certificate transferred over.

My old 3ds system memory has been completely wiped out, which means downloading the NES games is no longer possible.

So it's possible to screw up and lose your Ambassador Status if you don't transfer everything, including your e-shop to your new 3DS.

Well duh, if wouldn't you not transfer everything, especially the e-shop purchases?

I read in other forum that ambassador games were transfered too.
Just check if you can redownload the ambassador games in the e-Shop.

Once the e-shop is back-up, then I will discover the truth.

But for now, I will assume I didn't transfer my ambassador status over.

I feel stupid. And I am pissed off at my carelessness.

The e-Shop from the old 3DS had Texas Hold em: Ante Up and nothing else but NES games downloaded.

On my new 3DS, I had a ton of Game Boy VC games paid for.

When my old 3DS system memory replaced my new one, I chose "no" when I was prompt to transfer Texas Hold-Em: Ante Up. But it did not ask me yes or no for ambassador certificate or nes games.

I am confused.

This is a blatant lie. I transferred my ambassador system to my Zelda Anniversary 3DS and I have all my NES games as well as the ambassador certificate.

Well they are saved to the SD card you probably need to re download them. Did you try putting the SD card from your old 3DS in and see if it functions?

Check my other topic when I was experimenting with 3DS to 3DS transfer tool.

I didn't get any NES games and I think when I said "no" to transferring Texas Hold-Em Ante Up, it didn't transfer that e-shop account to my new one.

Not possible. After I was done transferring, the old 3DS was reformatted. Therefore I lost everything on there.
