Help with Ambassador Program

Last week my 3DS stopped working and I sent it to tech support but when I got it back It was a brand new 3DS, this is bad because now I lost all my old programs and most important, my Ambassador status, I need help to fix this I havenīt even tried the GBA games yet.

What did you send it in for?

And contact tech support and demand an ambassador status.

I couldn't turn it on, and yeah, looks like I have to call tech support, but I canīt right now because of the holidays and all that stuff.

Whenever I call Tech Support a recorded voice tells me they havenīt started working yet or something, so I guess Iīll have to wait
