I made a new topic since the other topic people were getting completely off topic, anyway this is happening to my 3ds

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BGwCA6IAPY4

I know I have to hold the power button for a minute or 2 to turn it off, but the point is, this shouldnt be happenign especially when nintendo advertises to keep the 3ds on to receive street passes, etc, is there a way to prevent this? is there a long term effect that will eventually cause my 3ds to crash completely? please help

1. Do you have a game in the slot-1?
2. Did you suspend it in the middle of a game or application?
3. Did you suspend it while the SD card was being written to / read from?
