The only difference between then and now is your age. If you were your age as of now, and watched the old shows when they were new, I can guarantee you would have hated them. Not really. What I love about their older shows is the adult humor and themes that are present (like the classic Spongebob or the Fairly Oddparents, for example). I can watch older reruns and laugh at things I never would have understood as a kid (to be fair, kids will practically enjoy anything. Not really. What I love about their older shows is the adult humor and themes that are present (like the classic Spongebob or the Fairly Oddparents, for example). I can watch older reruns and laugh at things I never would have understood as a kid (to be fair, kids will practically enjoy anything. If I were like 8 years old today, I'm sure I would be content with whatever they threw on the channel). Not me. Not trying to sound narcissistic but I had a good taste in quality. Back then I still hated garbage tween sitcoms and the like. There were also a couple cartoons I made sure to avoid. Back then I also felt as if I was the only person who was watching cartoons, and immediately showed an elitist attitude towards anyone else who claimed that they did lol. --- "It's like I'm assisting suicide!
