How much internal storage does the 3DS XL have?

I know the original 3DS had 2GB of internal storage and a 2GB SD card.

Does the 3DS XL have 4GB of internal storage to match the included 4GB SD card, or did Nintendo cheap out and leave it at 2GB storage?

If this hasn't been confirmed anywhere, then can a new 3DS XL owner tell me how many blocks you had available for the internal storage when you first got the system.

Pretty sure the 4 gig has been confirmed but even if it was two gigs, SD memory is really dirt cheap

I know SD memory is dirt cheap, and I have a 32GB SDHC card.

What bugs me is that I can't save DSiWare titles to it, and I think I used up most of my internal storage with 13 DSiWare titles I have installed.

It hasn't been confirmed anywhere that I've seen. Either way I'd say 2GB internal storage is fine, considering the alternatives.

Is still 2GB, but you can only use 1.5GB or it, and the DSi stuff is because the DSi games where made to be like that, plus the DSi had only 256MB of internal memory, so is a lot more in the 3DSs, try to mange the software well, see if there is no anything else in the internal memory, because feels weird that with 1.5GB you already are full with 13 games, unless those are huge games...

I mean, not even 13 demos of the 3DS filled the 2GB card, and some demos are huge...
