With the 3DSXL coming out, a lot of people are saying this is the way to play 3DS... While the only people who aren't, are the people who already own 3DS and believe that the original low resolution and small screen is the way the pixels are meant to be viewed.
Of course, anyone who plays the 3DSXL for an hour (regardless if you are used to regular 3DS or not), will be happy with the 3DSXL larger screen regardless of any pixelation or graphical distorition.
That being said, do you feel 3DSXL should become the new resolution standards and newer games (after regular 3DS is discontinued (it will happen, similar to original DS)) will be developed for the upgraded screen?
I think when the time comes this is a great decision. Similar to how blu rays are made for HDTV's...
