Theatrhythm final fantasy and Kid Icrarus uprising has some of the best music..although FF Theatrhythm is many of the FF games of the past <still hold up today> and KI:U is mostly original stuff...

Techically it should count since it's original "3DSWare" and about as big as most common 3DS retail games but imo easily:
