Having played OoT on the 3DS...

... I must say would be disapointed if the next Zelda is minimalist. OoT proved that an epic Zelda game can be made with complex and intuitive control for the 3DS.
I don't want a dumbed down portable Zelda.
I'm expecting something along the line of OoT in terms of story and length.
I'm still hoping for a revamped Majora's Maks 3D and ALttP though. A MM 3D game with a better save system would be nice.
I didn't play Spirits Track. Is it good enough? In fact, never heard anybody talk about it.

Spirit Tracks is the worst Zelda I have ever played and the only one I couldnt finish.

What I was fearing... let's hope next portable Zelda is worth it.

I liked Spirit Tracks, it was definitely more better than the Phantom Hourglass.
Sorry for bad spelling/grammar, I'm posting via my iPod.

Lol, Spirit Tracks is awesome and fun. Good sidequests, great dungeons, and awesome music. I'd say if you liked P Hourglass, you'll like Spirit Tracks way more.

Spirit Tracks is better than PH, but both are pretty mediocre.

I don't care what they make, as long as I'm not forced to use the touchscreen for every tiny action

This is my opinion and I know many don't agree but PH&ST>OoT for me.

This is exactly how I feel about Metroid and Other M.

I just... ugh, I just couldn't play Ocarina. I really REALLY wanted to like it, but the transition from all the 2D Zelda games I'd played to that... it was too much. I've played all of the portable Zelda games, and played up to the SNES, then didn't own any Nintendo home consoles (except GameCube, and I DID play Four Swords on that, but not Wind Waker) after that, so I was so excited to finally get to play... much to my bitter disappointment.

I hope I can come back to it at some point in the future and somehow love it, but after waiting so long for a 3DS game... So, so disappointed.
