Okay, I know I say I'm tired of Swords and Sorcery but I have a soft spot in my heart for the DQ series so I will happily buy this if it comes over.

Ah, the overwhelming amount of people getting excited over yet another remake of an OLD game. How surprising. /sarcasm

This is why the video game industry will never mature, let alone move ahead. You have "gamers" like these promoting shameless tweaking of age old software/games like this instead of comprehending something new and fresh. Leave all this nostaglia nonsense to VC stores.

Did you just make a repost with different words and say that gaming isn't "moving ahead" because of us while stating before that the most recent handheld you own is a DS? Really?

Leave it to a troll to ruin the thread.

Not ruined. Just didn't expect him to be so... consistently inconsistent.

He's always like this.

But, I've never had an oppurtunity to play this game, so I'm excited.

OMG YESSSSS! This is my favorite RPG of all time. I can't wait to play it! Hopefully the localization doesn't take too long.

Of a game never released in Europe.
It's a chance for them to finally experience this game if localized, and for other fans of it to enjoy a remake of it.

Just the fact that now the battles are in third person is enough for me to buy the remake.
