Do you think l we will ever get to preload digital retail games?

Since Nintendo is putting a large focus on digital distribution of their first party retail games, do you think they will ever allow us to purchase and preload the games so they are ready to play immediately on release?

I finally won a mod dispute. Too bad it got overturned a day after my suspension ended.

They JUST started releasing digital games. I'd say a year or two at least, or maybe with the WiiU, before they even consider doing something like that.

If anyone is going to do it first, it will either be MS or Sony. They've been doing digital releases for the past 5 or so years, while Nintendo just now started doing so.

True, Sony is doing it on the European store...but look at how long it took them to allow that since the release of the PS3. It's not even up in other regions yet.

It's probably not a big deal with the handheld as most of these games won't be that large, but Wii-U games could be quite large when we start seeing full 3D Mario and Zelda games.
