I bought the new Pink/White 3DS XL yesterday and I'm in amazement of it. It's vastly superior to the original in every way. Even looking or comparing the XL to the original both looks and feels strange to me now. To those hesitant to upgrade I highly recommend the XL, it's worth every penny.

I couldn't agree more. The XL is a huge improvement over the original.

I agree. It's like going back to a 27 inch TV after I bought a 42 inch.

This topic looks familiar....

I can see what you mean though, TC I finally got around to trying a XL version in store, and I have to admit, it is much more comfortable in my hands and the bigger screens are very nice. I still don't plan on upgrading for some time, but now I am sure that I will eventually.

Sorry to highjack but I gotta ask this. I just got a 3DS XL today. I noticed that the screens hinges are a bit wobbly and loose. It clicks into place for all it's positions. Also, the d pad is moves around and looks a bit loose. The buttons click and feels great just that the d-pad shell? moves. Are these problems normal? Thanks.

I like it too, but sometimes I wish I had my old one when playing GBA games/DS games.

I liked it when I tried it out, but I'm too enamored with my red 3DS to replace it just yet.

I'm glad you're happy with your purchase, but I don't appreciate lying to make a point.

I wouldn't say he's lying. Exaggerating yes, but even then the only thing I can think of that the original beats the XL in is speaker quality.
