My first video ever that I can remember myself playing was Pokemon Ruby lol and I was so bad I didn't even know how to save (never accessed the menu 0_0)! My brother and I constantly restarted at the picking new Pokemon part. Then I found out the top floor of the Pokemon center saved the game and so we always ran all the way there to save. I remember going to a dentist appointment and I had to save quickly and I had to run all the way over there from a cave and got my dad mad lol. My first platformer was Spongebob the movie for the gameboy and I thought THAT was hard (and couldn't figure out the password system either). I can't even imagine starting out with something like Megaman.
If it was the flying dutchman game, then that Spongebob title was stupid hard. --- :-] Pikmin 3. Pikmin 3. Pikmin 3. Spread the word. If you believe in Jesus Christ, and are 100% proud of it, put this as your signature.

Your first game was Poke on Ruby, you must be 13 or something..

Lol close, but it was the Spongebob Movie one http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_SpongeBob_SquarePants_Movie_(video_game) handheld version. I actually was scared of the third world where a pile of bones act down as a sinking ceiling that would insta-kill you. The 4th and 6th had some actually tough platforming and the 5th had you on a time limit the entire time. The console version was what lead me to Gamefaqs because i wanted 100% completion
