3DS Rate A Game - Day 24 - Dead Or Alive Dimensions
Previous Game was: Starfox 64 3D scored 7.85 with 12 votes
- Keep your ratings to only whole and half numbers. I hate getting 6.13 and similar scores, it is more work for me.
- Only rate if you have played the game. I don't require you to have beaten it, but watching a video isn't enough.
- Topics will be updated roughly every 24 hours, with an extension to 48 hours if I don't feel a game has enough votes. If it reaches the 48 hour mark without enough, it shall be ended without a final score.
The Current Game is: Dead Or Alive Dimensions
My Ratings: I dont own it.

I really like the game, it's fun and has Ryu Hayabusa who am i a fan of. The Story Mode is also quite nicely done.

Imo, best fighting game for 3DS and best version of DOA (at the time of its release).
Makes some of the best use of the 3D on the system, and game runs at a fluid 30+ fps (60 with 3D off).
Story mode is nicely done.
Online is quick to get into and less laggy than the console counterparts.
Collectible statues are a nice extra litte incentive to keep playing after you've done everything else.
One of the very few (3?) games that use the 3DS coins for something ingame :x
Story: Uhhhhhm... yeah. Don't give it too much thought. It's more of an excuse plot than anything else. Fans will like it, though.
Gameplay: Very good. All characters are easy to control, and the gameplay is straightforward, yet challenging. But it heavily lacks in diversity and balancing, and spamming is too easy.
Characters: It's Dead or Alive - now with ninja's 'n stuff. The roster is large, there's something for everyone. Personality-wise, there's almost nothing. And the designs are subject to taste, but not bad.
Graphics: Outstanding, really. The characters are detailed and move smoothly. Some arena's have awesome amounts of details, some have none. Also good 3D.
Sound: The VA's are good, but the characters keep saying the same lines - a LOT! The music is nice, but a bit shallow. The sound effects serve well, but nothing out of the ordinary in the end.

I think it's the best fighter for the 3DS. Tekken would have takken that spot if it wasn't so watered down.
The best fighter on the 3DS IMO. Made from the ground up on the system, has basically every character in the series, way more content than the other fighters on the 3DS. 60 FPS, smooth streamlined online MP, makes GREAT use of the second screen, this should become a standard for fighters with long combo lists. A solid fighter to have on the go.
I like that the game has all the characters from DOAs 1 - 4. The graphics are nice, and it's just good "pick up and play" fun.

6/10 I did not enjoy DoA: D at all. It's nice to look a but not very deep. I also didn't like the way the online was done.
