No. I used gyro, and it works wonderfully. --- A horrible person: I am a horrible person. That's what it says: a horrible person.

Gyro is great for me. --- Max: "I think he just needs a hug, or a sharp blow to the head."

As stated above, Gyro works just fine. However, i do recommend turning off the 3D during the part where you fall off a ledge in the mountains. You have to do some serious twisting after that point, and it throws you WAY out of the sweet spot. --- "I have nightmares about Hell, where all I do is add up numbers and try to have conversations with people like you." - Bob the Skull

One thing I must point out though. If you're planning on using Gyro and the sniper rifle, it's best not have the 3D on. The 3D makes aiming with the rifle really difficult. Other weapons are fine though. Then again, you may not have the same problem I did. --- Max: "I think he just needs a hug, or a sharp blow to the head."

I prefer it if I'm gonna play with 3D on. But I've never tried using gyro controls before and havent played since I switched to my XL. My CPP XL should be in the mail soon... --- GT: J03HIG45HI PSN PS3/Vita: JoeHigashi2000 3DS FC: 0817-3804-7210

Nope. I use regular controls just fine. CPP is just a gimmick.

I bought the CPP specifically for this game and I prefer it without it.
