For the 3DS, hard copies. The account system is mandatory for me to go digital when given a choice.

For everything else, its whatever is cheaper. Plus game sharing on PS3 means you can split the cost with someone for something you know you won't trade and you BOTH get the game. You can buy a retail copy of Mortal Kombat Komplete Edition or you could have picked up the Mortal Kombat Ultimate bundle on PSN they had on sale for a little while for less than Komplete Edition and still get all the DLC, and two people can have the game for the price of one.

I'll take a physical copy over a digital one any time, but I have no problems with digital if that's the only available option.

I prefer physical copies. That way I have complete control over the copy I own. I'll only buy digital if that's the only way the game can be played (i.e. like most eShop/WiiWare/XBLA/PSN games).

Hard Copy for almost anything. App type games like Angry Birds or Plants vs Zombies are the only games I'd get as downloads and even then I'd only do it if the download was priced more like an app.

Hard copies, you have to be completely stupid to go all digital.

For 3ds and consoles, I like physical copies. On PC, Steam makes it very difficult to buy physical copies.

Hard copies so I can share and sell them. Also, I don't feel right having so many games downloaded on my console because if I break or lose it, I lose all the games as well. That would suck.

I would never buy anything digital on a nintendo platform. Hard copy for nintendo systems, digital or hard copy for pc/ps3/360/vita.
I'm not really a god, dood. Please don't tell anyone.

Only digital games I get is E-Shop games. Other than that I like hard copies. When I get digital it feels like I don't really own it for some reason.

Same here. Because technically you don't own E-Shop games. Even if it's just a small phrase in the TOU, it's still looming over you.
