As far as the EU library goes they're equal, and that's because neither has any games. I'm hoping that will change when we MIGHT FINALLY get Devil Survivor Overclocked and the new Fire Emblem next year..

The Vita has one of the most underwhelming libraries in recent memory! The Vita is nothing but watered down ports and rehashes that are better played on the PS3. 3DS game atleast feel different and unique.

Vita is doing poorly in sales. Nintendo willfully attempted to allow the 3DS to be carried by laziness. Pilotwings, Steel Diver, Nintendogs, SSFIV, OoT3D, SMTDSO, Rayman, etc.
