On it's own library of physically distributed games, 6/10.

If you account for backwards compatibility, and Virtual Store 9/10.

I've spent many hours on a lot of my 3DS games (Harvest Moon: A New Beginning, Kid Icarus Uprising, Shinobi, Mario Kart 7, some of the Eshop games like Denpamen, Devil Survivor Overclocked, etc.) and I'm happy with some of the games coming out. Some people are too picky about release dates.

The battery life leaves something to be desired though and there's no way to back-up digital games like Steam Cloud or PS3 in case the system get's bricked (I'm not much of a PC gamer, but I really think Nintendo needs an account system for these things if they want to promote buying retail games digitally, especially if Club Nintendo is a thing).

So far, it maybe has 5 truly good games. The rest are average to slightly above games from big names.

Nice to see the maturity level is the same here as it is on the Vita board.

It's graphically lesser than what I expected, and after the PSP I don't understand why they didn't have a second stick built in, but most importantly. Right now, the selection of games is pretty weak IMO
