The Eshop,easily. It takes them so damn long to release good games that other countries has had for months.

I'd say the virtual console. Not being able to transfer games I bought on Wii to 3DS isn't to appealing to me. Also no SNES or GBA games when there darn well could be sucks to.

Virtual Console is part of the eshop, so it almost seems silly to have that as separate options.

Anyways, I definitely feel that's the worst. I don't even think it's THAT bad, just that it's the only thing that can really be complained much about.
