Btw, I'm not american, it's just that I have a US 3DS, and some of my complaining was on NOA because Well I think NOE is doing a better job at this stuff, except maybe for the eShop.

NoE is on a roll right now and NoA has been not-so-good for years.

But we're both shafted compared to mother Japan.

NoE handles the eShop MUCH better than NoA.

imo, NoJ >>>NoE>NoA for eShop content.

If Capcom doesn't at least offer E.X. Troopers on the eShop for anyone else, as an import title(not unlike what was done for the Wii), then this will be the deciding factor in my getting an Ice White Japanese 3DS.

A lot of my most wanted titles have either been delayed, cancelled, or have been stuck in Japan.
