How many people here actually want the 3ds to be hacked?

ROMS will be a good thing; people who couldn't otherwise afford it will get a chance to play. And to people saying that Nintendo will lose money: there are more important things in life than money and profits. They will adjust.

In the words of someone who argue against me when I used this example, citing "games are way overpriced in comparison to the pay we get in my country":
Then you shouldn't even be thinking of playing game in the first place if you cant set your priorities straight.

For the record on what I mean by games in my country are overpriced: I've a salary of about 2500 per month. SC2 cost 10% of my salary last checked.

By comparison if I were in a Western country earning the same salary, SC2 merely cost....2.5%?

This is you right now: "Oh no! Region lock is such a big problem. Instead of getting 250 games for 3DS, we only got 248! F*** man, my life's over. Who cares if I woudn't even be able to read/understand those 2 games we could have gotten."

Region locking is actually a huge issue if you live outside of America and/or Japan.

Things like 6-18 month delays, 100% price hikes, all those things.

Couldn't agree more.

Don't hope for a new GOOD Megaman game. In the end it's only going to get cancelled.

People assume that hacking = piracy, I play my backup PURCHASED Wii games direct from a hard drive via the HBC. No region lock and my drive and discs are as good as new. People need to stop being so narrow minded and self righteous

Nice Anecdote friend. So glad everybody is a goody 2 shoes like you.

So, punish everyone for because of a couple people? If you were a teacher, you'd be the type that yells at a kid because someone on the other side of the class room was being rude (you know the ones).

Quick google search. This number look small to you?
