I ordered it 4 minutes ago and it went through and took my coins. However, when I check my order inquiry my last item it says:
Title Date Order Number Coin Value Activity
"Dec 19, 2012 9180300 0 Order Problem"

Has anyone seen that before?

Wow...maybe they're being nice and staggering them throughout the day? I'm just hoping this "order problem" thing goes away...

Aww man, It said it went through, it took my coins away and now it says order problem. SOB this is like the only thing I want from them and its gone in a few hours. been waiting and waiting for this to come back and it back and gone. They better give me my coins back if they aint gonna give me the case.

Hey all you 3rd party guys, I hope your seeing this, people want a case like this not the stupid ones that stack and dumb crap that just take up even more room that you keep making. Make one like this and I'll buy it.

if you check your "coins and status" page it should list the case as ordered and deduct the coins. all the way at the bottom.

I think I've fallen into a crack in the system. I placed the order and everything, and coins were subtracted from my account. But I never got a confirmation email on my order. I've checked my account status: the "coins & status" page says 250 coins were subtracted from my account, but the "order inquiries" page says there was an order problem on a blank reward (nothing in the title column), and 0 coins were deducted.

I don't particularly like being stuck in this state of limbo...especially since I just saw that the card case now says it's sold out. Maybe they're just having trouble processing, so they just took it down temporarily? Was the demand really that high that they could sell out so quickly? More importantly, can everyone else confirm that their order was processed? I suggest you double-check.

EDIT: Seems several others posted the same complaints while I was typing this. I guess that's a bit of a relief, they might have just taken the reward down for the time being to take care of these ordering issues.

I too have "Order Problem" but it deducted the 250 coins. I've been patiently waiting for these to become available.

I got the same thing it took my coins but i got no confirmation email. I checked order status and it said order problem and 0 coins deducted. Now it says I have no pending orders and I still didnt get my coins back. Sadly under "coins & status" it says:

Dec 19, 2012 Ordered - Nintendo 3DS Game Card Case -250

But yet I have no pending orders and no coins were returned.
