When will we see another price drop on the 3DS?

Given all the holiday sales that happened, the 3DS was selling for as low as $120 and the 3DS XL as low as $150 in some places. Why do people keep buying the 3DS if Nintendo plans to drop the retail price soon?

Because the games are the moneymaker.
And idk about any price drops maybe a temporary one on a holiday.

I think that was exclusively for the holiday.

I honestly believe there won't be another price drop though.

If you want a 3DS so bad buy a cheaper used one and format the data.

The 3DS is at a comfortable price right now. It's not too high that people don't want to buy it, and not too low that Nintendo is losing money, and the ratio of price to library is still in the 3DS's favor.

Why do people buy any system knowing there will be a price drop? It's simple because they see it as a good investment and there are games they want. If you want a 3DS then stop worrying about meaningless stuff and get it. $170 is dirt cheap. A meager paycheck would be enough to buy one.
