Kid Icarus on XL?

So I gave Kid Icarus a shot and although the game was absolutely brilliant, as a lefty using the circle-pad, it was not comfortable to play after about a half-hour and the free roam sessions were always a mess. The only game I've had a chance to try with a similar setup is Liberation Maiden (which I do fine with the stylus in my right hand). Has anyone played it on both systems and felt that the larger touch screen made it easier.

Also to note, X-Scape is much easier as well.

I'm also left-handed and it took me like 2 hours of gameplay to get somewhat comfortable playing that game using my right hand with stylus. It's worth it, though.=P

Oh so you opted out of using the face buttons as movement? Man that would be a great if the game worked out well that way. If it goes on sale again I'll likely give it another shot. If you can do it, I'd like to think that I could too.

it's okay, you don't have to lie to yourself about Uprising not being one of the absolute worst games ever made to justify your purchase

just let it all out

Uprising comes with a freaking stand to allow you to play it comfortably... instant fail...

screw that game...

anything that requires a failed gimmick is stupid... seriously? stylus only? f that Nintendi... F that forever... The DS Zelda games sucked hard because of that...

bro don't worry. The game would be 10x worse with dual analogs.

Game is meant for a stylus or a mouse. Sorry you can't go out of your comfort zone lolol.

I was also very hesitent about the DS Zelda's being stylish only but I loved both of them and Phantom Hourglass especially blew me away. They worked for both lefty and eighty without a circle pad.

Yeah, it's great.

Though most people hate on Phantom Hourglass, I still found it one of the best.
