You think there will be another 3DS revision this year?

The 3DS is too small and the battery life is terrible for me. The 3DS XL is way too big and ugly in my opinion. Any rumors that Nintendo is planning on something in between? Perhaps with a 3.8" screen? I've been Googling and no luck.

Definitely not.


But they will announce the Nintendo 4DS. This will introduce a concept long in development it will also coincide with the announcement of 4D televisions. This will no include smell-o-vision. Gamers will hae a full gaming experience on the go.

I think it's likely something will at least be announced this year. Remember, there were plenty of people on here saying an XL was out of the question, completely impossible even, up until the day before it was announced.

What the hell else could they do to this thing?. other than including better speakers, possibly better A/V for the camera/3DS sound app what else?. second circle pad?. with Nintendo you never know but if that was it then no thanks...

Now if they made a 3DS XXL with 180% larger screens over the original 3DS (what would be the exact screen size this time?.. like 6.23"?) i'd probrably buy that down the road but NOT before getting a Wii U deluxe, which i'm eyeing like a hawk.
