No email from nintendo about free game yet!

I completed the form in club-nintendo (which took some time to find) chose Professor Layton out of the five available games, completed the survey and clicked confirm, it then took me to a page saying thank you and junk and read it will be sending an email with the code. The question is that its been 3 days and no email, so did it take anyone this long to receive there email once completing the form in club-nintendo or am i just being inpatient?

...yeah from europe too how else would i be able to be able to complete the survey and choose my free game....

So I'm assuming it varies depending on the guys at nintendo seeing as the previous guy mentioned 2 weeks for the email

Had my 3DS XL registered before the promotion went live, I baught it at launch. Chose Layton as my game and it said to wait for the email. I didn't get one. I emailed customer support, no response. Phoned customer support, they told me to email again and mark the email as urgent and include my club nintendo details in the mail. I did, no response again. Going to try phone them again and see what happens. They are pretty useless so I'm getting pretty cheesed off about this! Please post back here if you ever get your code from them, I'll update you with what happens on the phone.
