What the hell is wrong with Link?

Half the times I clear a room and a door opens or a chest appears Link does a 360 while looking up. I don't remember this from the original so is this just some weird quirk from the 3ds version or do I not remember the original very well?

It's in the original. I think they're trying to convey Link hearing the noise and looking around for it before his model locks onto the location of the chest that appears.

I don't see Nintendo, Microsoft, Sony. I see Mario, Zelda, Uncharted, Resident Evil, Gears of War, Alan Wake, Heavy Rain, etc. Play games, not companies.

I always assumed that links 360 was just a graphic bug.
