Nintendo 3DS

The 3D doesn't really work on my eyes :(

Its very difficult for my eyes to focus on it properly. When they do, it is brilliant and really imersive. But mostly I just see double for some reason. Is it just a case of playing it a lot and gradually upping the 3D level?

I'd recommend trying that. If you're able to get your eyes to see it some of the time, then practicing with lower depth-levels should help them get used to it.

I had this problem too. I tired my sis's 3DS and only saw double vision and headaches. Anyway I purchased one for each of my sons for CHristmas and started playing it more. After a couple hours it settled in

Sometimes you need to move it around to find the correct distance to view the 3D better. It might take awhile to get used to, but keep fiddling with it and you should find a good spot.

Be glad its just you not being able to see the 3D effect unless you focus properly.

I get eye spasms and migraine-level headaches from the effect.

It definitely wasnt a sweet spot issue. Some people's brains work differently and cant be "tricked" into seeing two images. Luckily it got better for me.

You just gotta acclimate to it eventually looking at 3D stuff isn't a problem. Its always a pain in the ass whenever my friends ask me to show them the 3D and they can't get it to work.

PS+ has paid it's self for me. So from here on out I will refer to any new games as free.

Its not a distance thing, its just the focus.

Even going to a cutscene throws me off.

He needs to keep doing it though. Watching 3D movies with glasses helps for me, but if I don't do that for a while it becomes less effective.
