Besides saga 2/3 there is http://www.gamefaqs.com/ds/930492-ash-archaic-sealed-heat which from my knowledge the fan translation was never finished

Tingle's Rosy Rupeeland was released in Europe with an English/multi language translation.

That Tingle game is actually quite good and like has been said it's in English and the DS is region free...

I wanted to play it for years as I always found the character amusing and thought the game sounded interesting. I picked it up when vacationing in the UK and enjoyed it immensely.
Clam shell plastic packaging is, in fact, my mortal enemy.
