Don't have a 3ds yet, should i get MK7 and Mario 3d land for $30?

It's a local sale, a guy is selling Mario Kart 7 and Super Mario 3d land for $15 a piece.

I was thinking I know I'll get these games eventually. Is this too good a deal to pass up before I even buy a 3ds?

You should probably go for it, big Nintendo games like those aren't known for dropping in price very quickly.

IF you know you will be getting a 3ds, yes. Most people would say those games are essentials to a 3ds. 3d land is just fun all around and mariokart 7 is fun to play but is really smart to have if you have friends with a 3ds and/or you are looking for a game for online multiplayer. 30 dollars altogether is a good buy and way better than gamestop.

Gamestop is offering those pre owned for 35 dollars each so you are saving yourself 40 dollars, enough to get a brand new 3ds.

In conclusion, yes you should get them.

That's what I was thinking. I want to get an xl soon, but it might be a month or more. I'm still waiting for a few must have games on my list to really buy, but Mario games at that price seems like a good buy

Why not get the Super Mario 3D Land 3DS bundle? You save money on one game and just get the other game mentioned.

Zelda is an ACTION-ADVENTURE, not an RPG!!!

I'd rather get the Mario Kart XL bundle.

I know I want an XL over a regular 3ds, but the red and blue XL's don't look that nice.
I'd rather have all white or black.

Wait until the holidays or at least until fall 2013 to see what kind of new bundles and sales there will be

Yes!

Those are two solid games.

initially you will beat them decently fast. If you get sick of them after a few days or weeks just keep them and about 2-3 months later you'll want to play them again.

They will be $35 each in stores for the next 6 years so you will literally never find a better deal.
