Anyone not get the option to register eligible downloads from the eShop with CN?

I downloaded Mega Man 9 days ago and still have yet to see a single option to do anything with it regarding registering it or completing a survey. I played it for like 2hrs on day one and nothing. Only 10 points but kinda need them.

I bought Gunman Clive and registered that like an hour after I bought it. What's the preferred method to find out what's up?

So I just double checked the Eligible Products list for the 3DS and Mega Man doesn't show here:

https://club.nintendo.com/eligible-products.do

But yet this is what I see when I'm logged into Club Nintendo. What am I missing?

CN is ripping me off too!

I bought Gunman Clive within a week of release and I didn't get my bonus 15 coins.

It came out 1/3 and I got it at 1/6.

Same goes for some other random s*** I forgot about!

So I fired off an email to Nintendo Support last night and got the following response this morning... Someone please tell me how eShop games come with a PIN. Nintendo you continue to make me laugh...

"Hello,

Thanks for contacting us. The Club Nintendo program was designed to register products that come with an eligible PIN. The majority of games published by third-party licensee companies are not eligible for registration with Club Nintendo. For a complete list of eligible games, check out the following page on the Club Nintendo website:

https://club.nintendo.com/eligible-products.do

If your game came with a PIN code that isn't compatible with Club Nintendo, it likely means that the publisher offers a registration program of its own. You can get contact information for any of our licensees on our website. I've put a direct link below:

Sincerely,
Chris Parsons"

I had a similar situation pop up when I downloaded Gunman Clive. I would've figured that since it was 3DSWare, it would have a survey shortly after I downloaded. I sent off a couple of emails, and I can't tell if they did anything, but my survey showed up a few days later.
