What is up with the virtual console being so empty? They have all these potential games that would make it so excellent, a whole console history to put in place and yet Nintendo barely has anything worth merit on there.

The order of release for virtual console games for Nintendo systems is from least popular/most unknown to the more popular.

They won't release more than one popular 1st party game every two months or so.

The idea is that you will buy one of the less popular games because it's all that's available.

And this pretty much sums up everything that's wrong with Nintendo and their online 'strategy'

Look at Wii VC - many crap games on it and many good games still not on it. Many publishers have given up on it now despite having great games to release on it.

The same will be for the 3DS.
