I'm actually pretty surprised that New Super Mario Bros 2 got more yes than no.

I didn't actually play Sticker Star, so I can't vote.

For all the hate it gets on this site, I had a really good time with it. Very enjoyable, great visuals (it gets such cool uses out of the 3D effect), nice soundtrack and good longevity (longer than Super Paper Mario, more comparable to the N64 PM in terms of length). Definitely a game I felt was worth getting.

This game is in the loosest sense worth getting. If you get it, you'll very thoroughly enjoy it, but if you don't, you're not missing out on something big. However, I recommend you take a leap and see what you get. You most certainly won't be disappointed.

Don't expect it to be like the past Paper Mario games. Thanks to Miyamoto, there's barely any plot whatsoever, Bowser is inexplicably mute all of a sudden, there's no partners, and the game is just boring.
At least when Super Paper Mario changed things we still got a good game in its own right. With Sticker Star... not so much.

I think its a fun and unique game.
Really like the stickers system.

Was like 'who cares about the story in Mario games?' at first but not in hindsight after beating it.
Its point and click adventure puzzle elements and overall gameplay would utilize a fleshed out story.

Started out loving it, thinking it was just different, not bad, ended up hating it a lot. It's boring, and without levelling up you don't feel obligated to fight enemies, and yeah...didn't have any of the charm of its predeccesors.
