Help! Fast response needed!

Hey guys and gals,

A customer of mine has a white 3dsxl that had preinstalled Mario on it, and her kid has somehow deleted it off the system.

Is there a way to get this game back? SD card is present, its not on there, and as far as I know its not tied to an account like a regular eshop purchase, so cant redownload from purchase history.

Is she screwed or can she fix it?

Has she tried going to the eShop and the purchase history there?
That's the only thing I can think of, since it's all system tied. I don't have my 3DS on me, so I can't go into the eShop and tell you step by step where to check. =\

It is tied to a eship account, ask them to make one and it will be in there Download history

Conflicting info but told her to give making an account a go, and if no joy at least email Nintendo with her serial number and explain.

Actually it is tied to the account on the system. All she has to do is go to "My Downloads" and there it will be. I had the same question regarding the Super Mario Land 3D downloadable game since I did a system transfer to an XL and guess what? I went to my Downloads and downloaded the game onto the XL. (Didn't transfer over the memory card since I switched to a 32 GB)

In short... that guy who jumped on the other guy has no idea what the hell he is talking about.
